A: Add some carbonaceous lubricant like lead into the lock and plug the key several times to make it agile. Oil liquid or ester lubricants are forbidden.

A: 1) There is no unlocking function for our electronic products. When you forget password, you could open inner sets by mechanical control (or expedient) key. Thus the mechanical control key should be carried about or put in other hidden areas. Do not lock it in the safe.
2) Mechanical products always have 3 groups of numbers, which are saved in company’s files. The passwords are available after you dial after-sale service line 8008574538 and tell your ID.
How to adjust sensitivity of electronicsafe alarm [2009-04-15]
A: The electronic alarm adopts hanging mercury inductor. The inner mercury expands with heat and contracts with cold. When mercury contact is close to or just touches leads of inductor, it is immediately through the lead and the alarm rings; when mercury contact is far from inductor leads; the swing reaches the contact and makes it be through leads, the alarm rings. Slim vibration could make the contact be through the leads.
Adjustment method: put the safe (cabinet) horizontally, disassemble the back cover and adjust the height of hanging mercury till a suitable warning state.
